Life with toddlers

I have 2 almost toddlers right now, my bio son who is 19 months and my FS who is one year. This age is one of my favorite age ranges, their vocabulary is expanding, they are curious and they are into everything! It is a big mess to clean up each day, but I don't mind, I actually like to see the adventures they had. Cars in the tissue box, duplos in the dog water dish, etc. So yesterday evening I was looking for my cell phone so that I could charge it while I was sleeping. I looked everywhere, and could not find it! I finally got my husbands phone and called it while walking around the house. It was very faint, but I could hear it somewhere in the kitchen. Called again while standing in the kitchen, still very faint, but coming from somewhere near the floor. I started opening up drawers and found it in the sippy cup drawer, inside a sippy cup, next to my car keys! I just started laughing!!! I was also very pleased that they decided to take the keys too, as I would have never found them when I needed them! Despite all the hardships of fostering, enjoying the kids can be very fun sometimes.
