Basic Qualifications:

?? High School Diploma/GED

?? Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in commercial real estate property management or leasing

?? Must possess an active CA real estate license or be willing and able to obtain within six months of hire

?? Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

?

Eligibility Requirements:

?? MUST have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

?? MUST be at least 18 years of age.

?? MUST be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check.

?? MUST be willing to travel between property locations within portfolio on a daily basis.

?? MUST be willing to work out of the San Diego, CA office.
